Bulking is the most common problem that customers encounter. There are many reasons for bulking, mainly the following four kinds: improper transportation, unbalanced lifting, poor winding process, improper construction method.
It is also worth noting that the low temperature of the site and the long storage time of the lawn after production can also cause a certain degree of deformation (swelling).
So how to solve the problem of bulge? We can solve it in three steps:
1.When the ambient temperature is above 25℃, open the grass roll and air it to the sun. When the grass blanket becomes soft, use uniform force to flatten the bulge along the expansion direction (repeat the operation several times until the bulge disappears);
2.When the temperature is below zero, handle slight bumps. First roll the opened lawn and roll it in the direction of rolling, with a rolling distance of 50m or so. If still not eliminated, then use a small amount of 80℃ hot water splashing, covered with cotton quilt, repeatedly trample, until the swelling is eliminated;
3.At the beginning and end there are still some small lumps, agaric side part, glue fixed, squeeze out the bulging part.
